@ilhami Is the stock one also VMG3625-T50B?If yes, is the firmware version the same?Normally, channel freezes is related to IGMP issue. If you are able to capture the WAN side packets, you can check if there are IGMP packets sent from the CPE when you start watching IPTV.

@Shanchin2k From your settings, WAN is not enabled and that is the reason why you can not access it from Internet. Only LAN/WLAN is enabled now.

@Jclif As I know it is not able to upgrade fw from T0 to C0. That's the reason why you can't upgrade the firmware successfully.

@Orhun It is not allowed to upgrade fw from G0 to C0 because they are different firmware version. You can only upgrade from G0 firmware to G0 firmware. C0 firmware is a generic version. G0 firmware is a customized version firmware. If you need a newer version, you need to check it with your ISP who is using this version to…

@Lemodile From your description, it seems the it only shows max 2TB. Have you tried it with a smaller hard drive like 1TB and see if it shows correct size?
