Since I just wasted a day on this update, I thought I'd flag this here. It is from the GS1900-24HP_ReleaseNote_V270(AAHM.3)C0.pdf and it reads as follows : Known Issue After upgrading to firmware V2.70 or later versions from V2.60 or prior versions, Switch will operate properly on the new firmware even though the firmware…

Which v2 firmware version did you find that works for rev A1?

2.60(Axxx.2) is from September of 2020. What's the status of .3? The Israeli site has had .3 available for download since January 2021. The fact that the .3 release notes indicate bug fixes related to LLDP vulnerabilities suggests this is probably not a language specific release.

Thank you, @PeterUK Like @InterLAN mentioned, rebooting doesn't always seem to work. However, this last time, I did perform a scheduled reboot after both running the debug system _disk-cleanup command you mentioned earlier and setting capwap fw-updating mode manual and it did stop the loop . However, when I run : capwap…

@Zyxel_Bella Unfortunately, as you can see from the image I posted in the original post, while the updating mode has been set to manual (and can be toggled back and forth) the option to actually check manually is greyed out in the GUI, and I don't see anything in the GUI to stop a check that has been initiated. From the…

Update - entering as a subcommand solves the problem. However, this is still a bug, or the help (when hitting tab) should be changed to remove the option there. There's also a secondary issue with the spelling of anomaly (it's spelled as anomlay). Router(config)# idp anomaly ADP_PROFILE…

I've had this problem on three sites so far, including one running V4.62(AALB.0). The fix (at least on 4.62) was to drop into the command line (I use SSH, presumably the web console would work fine, too) and use the following : configure terminal no capwap activate (wait about 5 minutes) capwap activate Within 1 minute of…

If you are logging onto myZyxel and registering from there, make sure that the MAC address you are using is the first one in the MAC address range from the Dashboard in the router's web GUI.

@Chris_FL I have a number of different USG40 and USG60's that have completely lost the recent configuration changes that I have made during firmware updates. The firmware update process not only reverts to an earlier configuration, but recent backups of the configuration files disappear as well. They can be found again by…

How long did you wait after the update? I just had one that I thought had failed, but it actually took a good 20 minutes after it "rebooted" to finally come back to life (on its own - no additional reboots required). Keep in mind that the "20 minutes" is really an estimate as I wasn't watching it very closely at the time,…

@bavaria It looks like the "Limited AP" is just an indicator that some feature is not available (in this case, RTLS EKAHAU). I don't know why this is only showing on some of these APs and not others, even within the some controller/AP combination, but I finally found this knowledge base article talking about this issue,…

@Zyxel_Charlie Nope. Connected via SSH. No browser involved.

Whatever happened with this? Was it ever implemented anywhere?
-
That's helpful. Thank you. Can we get this added to the CLI Reference Guide, too, please? :)

Zyxel_Charlie - Perfect. Thanks!
