Is there a way of increasing the login timeout from 3 minutes on the XGS3700? Using the web UI. Running 4.3 firmware.

XGS3700-24 firmware upgrade
i have a XGS3700-24 running V4.10(AAGC.1) firmware. I would like to upgrade the switch to the most current firmware. Do I need to upgrade one step at a time or can I jump directly to the current firmware?
