Can anyone please help me decipher the first character in this password?

    At first glance, I thought I was looking at a cut-off from the character # (hashtag), but I guess it is a different and separate character.

    I can't guarantee that this is the correct answer, I have used the Windows app CharMap to look for a similar character.

    Here is something looking somewhat similar, just with 1 horizontal line less:



    Feel free to use other search methods, like e.g. tineye.com image search, if you can manage to separate the letter from the rest of the text.
