2FA Authentication Emails

Is it possible to edit the email template used to sent the authorization link to VPN users?  I am trying to use each user's email-to-test email address (for example 5555555555@vzwpix.com for Verizon wireless.  The text goes through, but it doesn't display the html markup correctly.  I'd love to have the 2FA email be just the link to the USG and a little plain text.  Any thoughts?

Can you please share some information for better understanding;

 

1- What's the model of the Zyxel device and firmware version?

2- Did you try to implement this feature with “Use Multilingual file” option? 

(Configuration > Object > Auth. Method > Two-factor Authentication > Delivery Settings > Message > Use Multilingual file)

It's a Zywall 110.  FW 4.60
I tried the multilingual file but it still formats the text into HTML.

I tested this case in the lab environment. It sends 2FA e-mail as expected;



Can you please download the 2FA-msg.txt file under Configuration > Object > Auth. Method > Two Factor Authentication > VPN Access > Delivery Settings path?

After that please edit the 2FA-msg.txt file, upload and try again.
