Update Zyxel USG1100 SHARE110

Good morning,

unfortunately we are unable to update the firmware of the Zyxel USG 210, we encountered the same problem on the USG1100 model.

For example on the USG210, once the latest firmware version v4.62 has been downloaded, it is shown as the "SHARE110" model.

How can we proceed to update the firewall safely?

Can you choose SHARE110 partition and reboot the device as in the following forum entry;
