Issue cannot acces to wifi Zyxel usg20w-vpn

Hello,
Wifi zyxel not appear, i have no access, i have download firmware to flash device usb, but it's not working too, plz i need help to flash device with a new firmware.

You can't update the firmware by USB to the USG only from a PC.

If you can't access the USG logon you need to reset and re-setup the USG

Can you get the IP address from the USG20W-VPN correctly? If so, can you ping to the device IP address successful as well?
