Usg 210 unable to boot in startup config

Hi.

We had some electricity issues in our company and every time there is electrial outage my usg 210 is unable to start in startup config,  instead it start in default config mode. Usg 210 has the latest firmware 4.62. Is there any way to solve this problem?
