Is it  someone who can tell me wich 1st access point (cheaper) is able to do multi SSID ???

Multi SSIDs is a common feature supported on all Zyxel access point models.

The best choice for you to use lower price enjoying Wi-Fi is NWA1123ACv3

You could also consider NWA110AX which with the newer standard.
