Content Filter Issues Firmware V5.00(ABFW.2) Zyxel ATP 200

I have a problem with the content filter after updating the firmware from version V4.62 to version V5.00(ABFW.2). The content filter is ignored, it does not block any categories and forbidden addresses. I also tried a predefined profile. I don't have any record about content filter in log. I have the same zeros in the statistic.
This bug only occurred in version V5.00(ABFW.2).





Can anyone confirm the functionality of the contents filter in the new version of firmware?

    We would like to check content filter service status to see there is something wrong.

    Router> debug system ps | match "contfltd"
    Router> show utm-manager content-filter defaultport

    Hi @pm24,
    The issue previously was because the CF profile went missing for unknown reason. Once we have reconfigure, it can function as usual now
    Can you provide debug log and search keyword "Content Filter" to see if there is something abnormal log ?

    Monitor >  Log > View log
