Unable to restore factory defaults on XGS1930-28
I've done almost everything.
Reseted with factory defaults with 3,4, 10 seconds.
Nothing helped, it seems switch is not resetting to default values.
Tryied with myZexel. I receive message device already registered.
Where I should go from here to recover access to my device?

Welcome to Zyxel community!
Since there are Reset and Restore button in the front panel of XGS1930, please help to check if you press "Restore" button for over 7 seconds to do the factory default.
