BUG antivirus corrupt ods xlsx

 model: ZyWALL 110 firmware version: 4.30(AAAA.0) antivirus 2.0.1.947 corrupt attached file xlsx and ods to email, only with add extension to white list  i am able to receive the correct file.

In the past the same happen with 4.25 Version with pdf file, now with xls and ods, is normal?

I tested it with ods file locally without any issue.
Therefor, could you private message the xlsx and ods file to me for checking further.

Hi,
I have same problem @DanZyw .
I have a USG 310, firmware version V4.31(AAPJ.0).
While UTM Antivirus serivice is active (security policy "LAN_Outgoing" rule), many of xlsx files attached to emails are corrupted, even if they are compressed into a signle .zip file.
If I disable UTM Antivirus service and retrieve the same e-mail again (for example from webmail service), the same files are all ok. Same issue with POP3/IMAP mail clients.
I note the same issue also with files downloaded from FTP sites, they often are corrupded while UTM Antivirus service is enabled.
Any help will be appreciated.
