Is It Possible To Configure An AP As A Virtual Controller And Not Use Nebula Controller

As in the other AP will inherit properties from the virtual controller?
If it is possible please give me the procedure.

Hi Sir,

Currently we don't have the schedule to make the AP as a controller to manage other APs.

For on premise AP management solutions, you can use ZON and ZAC utilities for small (<10) scale network management.

If your site has more than 10 APs deployed, we recommend you to use our Security Gateway Firewall to not only protect your network security, which also plays the AP controller role and configure multiple APs together.

Please share what is the difference bwtween the 2 types.

Through ZON, you can grouply setup  APs interfaces, upgrade the firmware, and even change password for admin together. And it can not only manage WLAN product, Switch, security gateway can be also managed by this tool (Focus on system management).

As for the ZAC, it's focus on the Wireless Profile Management, you can create SSID/Security Profiles, and apply it to multiple APs in a few clicks. And don't need to configure each AP separately.
