We have been operating the switch(for VES1724-56B2 model).
The problem in us is that we do not have any firmware file to restore.

Do you mind if I ask that we can get a firmware(for VES1724-56B2)?

- I could not find a firmware(for VES1724-56B2) in myZyxel-device management-firmware download.
