ATP100 Full acces to CLI

Hello

I'm logging in as the admin, however, I'm not able to type my own commands in.  Is it possible to do so on the ATP100? or is the a view only function?

what's kind of your "own command" ?  
To enter the higher level, maybe need to be operated by Tech Support.
