How does DNS resolution work, by default?
System -> DNS config page is absolutely empty, I haven't set a forwarder yet. So I would expect the device not to resolve addresses.
But, instead, it resolves. It can act as DNS server for clients, it resolves in CLI.
That's not a real issue but a thing I'd like to understand.
How does it do? Has it some default server address hardcoded? Does it use roots?
Query result in CLI doesn't help understanding where the answer come from:
"Received 334 bytes from 127.0.0.1#53 in 68 ms"

It dose recursive DNS with default root
Its a good thing really as if you got a IP setup with DNS you can't make the USG be a recursive DNS only.
