perche non trovo il software pwe lo switch MG-108?

ho comprato uno switcho mg-108, dopo aver ricevuto il link per scaricare il software e configurarlo, questo non funziona.
Perche non permettere di scaricare il software direttamente dal sito dopo aver registrato il prodotto, piuttosto che rimandare ad un link non funzionante?

    Welcome to Zyxel community!
    MG-108 is the unmanged switch which has no GUI to access or upgrade the firmware.
    Since you have mentioned about the broken link, may I know what is this or you can screenshot for me.

    So once you connect MG-108 to the environment and the whole network including LAN are disconnect?
    Is the issue still occur after bypass this switch?
    Can you please check if your topology has loop or provide your topology to me. :)
