May I confirm the model name again with you? ZyWALL USG 20 or USG20-VPN?

If it is ZyWALL USG 20, Content Filter does not support filtering https site.

If it is USG20-VPN, you can enable "Enable HTTPS Domain Filter for HTTPS traffic" and filter the https site through the domain name.
