How long should this take?

Currently been 20 hours and I've still got the "Please wait. File upload in progesss" box with the progress bar

    What firmware version and browser you are using?

    Can you try to browse in private mode to login Web-GUI and upload config file again to see if it works?

    V5.20(ABAQ.0) / 2022-01-06 00:51:36 and Edge.

    It appears after power cycling that the upload completes successfully but the upload box with the times just keeps running so there is no indication that the upload has actually finished.

    The uploading stuck symptom might be caused by PC or browser cache. So, if you would like to log in to local Web-GUI next time, we suggest you can use the browser in private mode. If it still has a problem you can clean your cache(PC and browser) and see if it works :) .
