Hi,

Router : USG40w
firmware : 4.65 then 4.70

We notice that all site with "https" were blocked. Investigating the firewall, I noticed that many website like google were classified as "unrated". So I checked with the category tester and I got an error. I think it is the issue.
I did the upgrade to 4.70 but the issue remain the same.

Please help,
Thanks

    Hi IT_Field_Support,
Please check your content filter settings. Provided you have purchased an actual UTM license, every web access will be checked against a rating. And you have to lay down the rules, how USG should act with rated and unrated websites:

If you would like to pass unrated website calls, set the action to "Pass".

    Hi,

Thanks for the answer. I already did that to allow people go on unrated website.
    But this is a workaround.
I would like to know why my USG cannot check the category of a website. I think Google cannot be an unrated site.

    Still have an issue here.

    Thanks

    Indeed, that's strange.
Did you check your licensing registration state, that you are receiving all ratings and signatures regularly? You could also push the Refresh Button.

You could also try to manually update your IDP/AppPatrol version to see whether it finds the Zyxel server and works correctly:
