Can't access anymore web GUI interface on USG 310
I did not access for some time the USG 310 and today when I tried I could not reach the GUI interface via https://192.168.1.1 - I simply get a connection error like the https service port was switched off. Ping is OK, the functionality of the USG310 is nominal, but no GUI access at all. Could have it been an automatic firmware update? I was using google authenticator. Any suggestion in order to access the USG 310 in this condition? Am I perhaps missing a port number for accessing the GUI?
thank you
Davide

Hi Peter, thank you for your suggestions. Actually after struggling with my internal documents I realized that for security reasons I changed the port for https access to another one different from the standard 443. Using the right port I managed to access the USG310, there was also a firmware update pending but it was not installed. So it was all my fault
