Cannot upgrade firmware on my USG 20VPN

Hi all,
I am running firmware 3.30(BDQ.7) but I am not able to upgrade to v4.16 or later.
What can I do to upgrade this router?
The router says firmware not compatible.

Hi @Chris5000,
It’s different model, firmware 3.30(BDQ.7) is ZyWall-USG20, you cannot upgrade USG-20VPN firmware to ZyWall-USG20.
The latest firmware on ZyWall-USG20 is 3.30(BDQ.9), here is latest firmware download link,
