ATP 100 SYS LED BLINKING FOREVER

Hi all,

after stop and restart device, i have the SYS LED blinking forever.

I connect on console and i have this result:

Since it gets stuck like this, I go into debug mode:

In debug mode wanting to activate XMODEM but I get ERROR.

The device does not reset with its button, I have the startup-config.conf file to reload and find all my settings.
How can I solve? Anyone have a solution? Tnk.

I had the same issue with a ATP 500.

A firmware recovery solved the problem for me - followed the instructions in the release notes.

I have same issue with the all other models atp and flex . I think one of the signatures is faulty and it's fine until the device is rebooted. Whenever we restart the device, the device does not turn on. I hope it will be resolved as soon as possible.

@Marko75, @bymustyI reported same issue to support team, the issue is come from signature update. Do not reboot your device before zyxel provide solution.

If you updated signature and device is unable to boot up success, you can swap to the other partition to boot up your system.
(1) Reboot your device and enter to debug mode.
(2) Enter "atcd 1" or "atcd 2" to change system boots partition.
(3) Enter "atgof" to restart system again. (or power recycle again)
