CPU and Memory Usage Graphs now blank - have stopped

On a USG40, ever since upgrading to V4.31(AALA.0), my graphs (CPU, Memory, Port Usage, etc...) are not plotting, nor are they showing up in my daily report emails.  Screenshot below.  Anyone else seen this?  Remedy?

Can you help me to collect diag-info and send me via private message.

Go to “Maintenance > Diagnostics > Diagnostics collect > click “Collect now” "

When it done, the diaginfo file will generate here.
