Zywall IPSec VNP Client

Hello,

I've config a VPN on my Zyxel USG60W for my company to exchange files between the 2 different offices we have (Turin, Rome). It works well when I try to open a tunnel with the Zywall VNP Client from my home or wherever else, but not from the other Rome's office.



What should be the problem?

Clarify with your ISP that ESP is not blocked . So that VPN is allowed by your provider..

Check that your local site does not have overlapping subnet's.

try making a ping  x.x.x.x -t on the clients site

and then packet capture as below lan and wan on icmp.

you should then see if the packets are reaching the usg or not ..

How do you connect to the network? I had a vpn client problem when my latop was connected simultaneously with a wired and wi-fi connection. Leaving just one connection solved the problem.

One more thing ... for my clients I install version 3.6. There are often problems with making connections with version 3.7.
