i have UAG 5100
im using UAG 5100 most of the time the clients will get issue when go out of wifi range and came back .. then when they want to connect to the wifi its will ask User name and password. the clients will enter every thing but there are massage "simultaneous admin or logons or user have reached the maximum number" icheck the same user name in the UAG in system show for me its online but using other IP ... SO what is the simulation

Hi @HIsham,You can extend the “Maximum number per billing account “value or just changed the “Reach maximum number per billing account” from “block” to “Remove previous user and log in”.
