Just worked out whats causing the oddness with zones it seems SSL VPN port 443 links to “WWW” for “User Service Control” which I had limited to LAN1 what odd is this only applies to "WWW" and SSL VPN on port 443 if you change the SSL VPN port then “User Service Control” does not apply.

My guess is the “User Service Control” when SSLVPN is port 443 with WWW is doing what it should and that by changing the SSLVPN port you loss that control and its just all zones.

    Hi @PeterUK,
Once SSLPort doesn't match WWW service port. The SSLVPN access will not be restriced by ACL.
    This is the new enhancement.
    Thank you
