USG 200 PROBLEMS

Hi,
I have buy an USG 200 in Ebay UK with "TESTED OK" but when start, SYS blink.
With debug mode and put firmware or put database , i have Firmware Received but error 255 (my windows firewall is off). I turn in rond. Help me. When i start :

Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!

Rebooting in 180 seconds..



AFTER PUSH THE DATABASE :

        mv: db/etc/zyxel/ftp/conf: file not found

mv: db/etc/zyxel/ftp/script: file not found

Nothing in directories...
