Firmware Update USG210 V4.13 to actuell FW

Hi.
i want to update my usg210 FW4.13. I read that I have first to update to V4.20. But where can I find the V4.20 FW file for download? On the zyxel website I can only see and download for the V4.25 version.

    Have a look on the ZYXEL FTP Server


    There are several Firmware Versions from 4.15 to 4.31 placed for download.

    Hi @Novell1,
    After upgrading firmware to V4.20, you also can download firmware by cloud helper.
    There is no need to download firmware on local PC, just one click at USG to upgrade firmware by cloud helper.
