Error while enabling SecuReporter

Hello,
trying to enable the SecuReporter on our USG110 just logs me off from the device. When trying to enable it from the pop-up message at the top of the screen I cannoct accept the terms.
In the logs I found this error message: Get CNM-ID fail, with error=1,msg=Cannot find SecuManager
The SecuReporter was never enabled before.
