Device USG40, managing two NWA-5123AC. Firmware 4.72 WK28.
No trace of the country code in Configuration > Wireless > Controller.

Please help us to SSH into the USG40,

Use the command “psm atsh“ to check if the value of the Default Country Code is “FF” or not.

Thanks for the update. For several reasons I am not in a position of install any "beta/test/preview" firmware, Lab firmwares are accepted by the policy subscribed with the customer (due to Zyxel official support). I currently do not have any test device/environment for using "non lab" firmwares.

FYI, also USG60W suffer the same issue with firmware V4.72(AAKZ.0)ITS-22WK28-r104687.

Thanks for the issue reported. We will fix in the next official firmware and weekly firmware (Without built-in AP model USG40/USG60).

As for built-in AP model USG40W/USG60W, due to regulatory compliance, the wifi country code cannot be modified.

Never happened that a USG40W was bought in europe and then used in US from another company?

Therefore... a product that has been commercialized on one country cannot be used into another?

Also "the issue reported" is baffling me. Zyxel published the same image i received into its own manual, citing chapter and page was not a fluke. Therefore: neither the manuals are reviewed?
