I have a usg20 router, I don't know the version.

I haven't been able to access the web interface for a while now.

with any browser, I have this message:

Error code: SSL_ERROR_UNSUPPORTED_VERSION ....
This website may not support TLS 1.2, the minimum version supported by Firefox

Welcome to the Zyxel community. May I know the product name is ZyWall USG20 or USG20-VPN? Besides, please provide more information to us: (1).screenshot (when you cannot access the device's Web-GUI page)  (2). What is the browser? and its version. Thanks.

Update as soon as possible the firmware of your device. And consider replacement, the latest update is dated 2016!
