USG 60 NAT problems on port 5060 udp (sip)

Good morning,
I cannot correctly configure nat on USG 60 on port 5060 udp.
Specifically I need to configure the nat from Wan1 (public ip) port 5060 upd to lan 192.168.1.201 port 5060 udp.
Other nat configurations (smtp or pop3) work fine.
The SIP ALG service (port 5060 udp) of the USG60 is disabled.
Waiting for your reply
Greetings
Thank you

    What about firewall rules?

Thanks for the answer. The are log entries present? Would you please share the NAT and firewall rules you created?
AFAIK, SIP uses 5060 port and UDP other ports for media streams. 3CX, for instance, 9000-10999 for audio/media WAN streams, 7000-8999 for audio/media LAN streams.
Maybe you need to add more services in your NAT and firewall rules configuration?

    Hi @BlueTeam
VOIP protocol includes SIP and RTP. SIP protocol is for service control and RTP is for voice audio streaming.
So SIP phone must working in both of protocols, then phone call may work correctly.

You may have to describe your environment and traffic direction first for further check.
    a. Is there a PBX server behind USG60?
    b. Is there a SIP provider offering service to your PBX server?
    c. Does your SIP provider could support over NAT router?
    d. Is there any IP phone will registers from Internet to Intra-PBX of USG60?
