Having major problems with having a stable connection on a Windows 11 pro laptop.  Have disabled wifi and using ethernet only.  Connection disconnecting after 2 minutes almost every time using a BT router, continuous ping which is sub 6ms and a 30+ broadband connection.

Have re-installed client, rebuilt laptop, disabled AV from the Zywall directory, turned off firewall as a test.  Also tried account from a seperate machine which is OK.

The packet size was set to 1374, the issue is the firewall is on an earlier version of firmware
    V5.30(ABAR.0) / 2022-04-20 01:43:59

Every time, I try and install the firmware it fails.  I have a workaround of setting up a ping but need to work out how to update.

Hi Kevin, no error, showing after the update.  Just the version is not changing from V5.30(ABAR.0) and then next log on, the update appears again.
