So what I get is a client in the list doing DHCP will get the IP listed and should a client not doing DHCP thats in the list for an IP is allowed. But the way I read DHCP client not get DHCP IP from this firewall that the client doing DHCP thats not in the list should not get a IP? but does and is allowed?

maybe a option to "only allow IP/MAC listed" could be added?

The option "Enable IP/MAC Binding and DHCP Enforcement" means the following clients will be blocked.
    - Configure static IP (on list) on the client but the client's MAC is not on the list.
    - Configure DHCP on the client but client's DHCP IP is not assigned from the gateway.

About the option to "only allow IP/MAC listed", we will move this suggestion to ideal section for future evaluation. Thanks for your suggestion.  =)
