Good afternoon everyone, how are you?
We have USG1100 on a client, the firewall hangs and restarts, the SYS light is lit red, can you help me solve this problem?

    May I know what is your current device firmware version?
    What is the hang symptom? I mean device Web-GUI cannot login? CPU high? no CLI response?
    How often this hang symptom occurs? Did it happen during office hours usually?
    How did you recover from this symptom? By rebooting the device?
    Do you enable UTM features(APP Patrol, Content filter, Anti-Malware, IPS,  etc.)?
    Do you enable Web-auth feature?
    Could you prepare a dedicated PC to keep collecting kernel-level-8 console log until the next time this symptom occurs again for us(Please type the command "debug kernel console-level 8" to enable kernel-debug-level 8.)?

    USG1100.   V4.72(AAPK.0)
    What is the hang symptom? I mean device Web-GUI cannot login? CPU high? no CLI response?
    Firewall Access is unavailable. The CPU is stable!
    CLI access, unavailable.

    How often this hang symptom occurs? Did it happen during office hours usually?
    Every day, there is no set schedule!

    How did you recover from this symptom? By rebooting the device?
    We restarted the firewall!

    Do you enable UTM features(APP Patrol, Content filter, Anti-Malware, IPS,  etc.)?
    Do you enable Web-auth feature?

    All resources are activated, as it is a school, where there is a need to block and leave it very restricted!
