Firmware update from download

USG40 - I tried to update the firmware by downloading it from your site and then doing the update from my local drive rather than using the cloud, but it does not work. It says that it is uploading the the firmware but it just hangs there and never completes the firmware update.

Did you refresh your browser when it displaying “firmware upload is in progress”?
How about “Sys” LED status? Does reboot device has helpful this situation?
