Hello, I am using a zyxel GS1920-24HP, the problem is that I can't set the time.
Whether by an NTP server (doesn't change the time) or manually. (When I restart the switch I lose time)
Thanks

Checklist for the NTP implementation for Network equipment.
    • take note of the NTP server URL
    • take note of the NTP server public (or private, if you have some in your LAN) IP address
    • if the NTP server is in the same subnet, a gateway for the IP configuration of the switch is not necessary
    • if the NTP server is outside the subnet of the switch's management network, gateway is mandatory
    • set the NTP server address (FDQN)
    • save configuration
    • reboot the switch
    • if time do not get correct in 2-3 minutes from the boot, check if the DNS server is correctly setup on the switch
    • if the switch still cannot solve the FDQN, set the NTP server address (IPv4)
    • save configuration
    • if still time is not updated verify firewall rules
out of that... you need some expertise? :D

Unfortunately, the problem persists. No way to synchronize with the NTP server. I tried via FQDN and public IP.
Do you have an idea of the problem related to the manual configuration?
