Xyxel USG60W start up issue

I have just got a USG 60 W on test and am having trouble logging into it.

I can get to the web page which is the front-end for the unit.

I put a password in which is my usual standard against my usual username and it will not allow me to login.

I'm running a browser on a Windows 10 pro laptop attached to the USG 60 W and have tried both Firefox and Microsoft edge without success.

Resetting the item does not seem to have any effect

Does anybody have any advice?

    also now tried Chrome - java script is on, cookies not blocked

    Reset it (hold reset in for 20 sec) and try again when you log in with admin and 1234 try a simple password then log in with admin and that simple password as a test before your better password to see if it happens again.

    i've a restart issue and in contact with ZYXEL to fix the located issue by a reboot.

    @Dovetail_MD You can try to reset device and try default username and password again.(admin/1234)
