Security Certificate is no longer valid after upgrade

can you point me to the instructions to fix this certificate issue?

    The default Certificate for log on is just a self-signed.

    The default self-signed certificate should be valid for 10 years by default.

    Can you explain “Security Certificate is no longer valid after upgrade” further?
