USG210 SYS LED Won't Stop Blinking

The web interface to my USG210 stopped working (it would open in my browser but I was getting errors when attempting to log in) so I scheduled a reboot.

After the reboot however, the router does not appear to be able to complete the boot process. The SYS LED just flashes continuously (even after hours). I cannot log on to the console and none of the Ethernet ports are active.

A factory reset requires the SYS LED to have stopped blinking so I am unsure as to what to try next.

Hopefully someone can help.

Thanks,
Scott

This symptom should coming from the firmware damage or hardware damage.
Could you send me the console dumps in booting process by private message?

For anyone who wants to know how this turned out.

Thanks to help from @Zyxel_Stanley, the problem appears to be faulty memory in the router and it will need a factory repair.
