NWA1123-ACv2 without access to 5G reception

I have 2 NWA1123-ACv2 units that were working perfectly until a few days, when the 5G network suddenly stopped working.
I already reset, created another site in Nebula, and nothing.
Does anyone know what I can do? 0

Thank for your response to the ticket and Zyxel forum.
We summarized the ticket content here.
We didn’t find the abnormal log from AP. The hardware might be damaged.
You can try to turn off the AP for a few hours. And turn it on to try it.
If it doesn't still work, please help us find a local partner to do the RMA process.
