Usg 110 error upload config file -42012

I am trying to upload a saved/backup configuration file to my Zyxel USG 110 Ver. 4.73(AAPH.0), the backup file is the same version of the Zyxel and give me the error:

"can't convert config!  -42012"

Can anybody help me (I already tried via FTP to the Conf folder and it didn't work)

The root cause is caused by the config was corrupted, after we removed some accounts and then the config could be updated on the device. Not sure if someone modified the config accidentally before. Please kindly check your private message to see the correct config file. Thanks.

I have the same problem with USG310 in HA.
I had troubles updating firmware, so I resetted both devices and upgraded firmware on both via recovery (I also had to recover DB file).
After that I rebuilt HA and it works perfectly.
But when I try to upload backed up startup-config file I get
errno: -42012
errmsg: Can't convert config!

what could be the cause?
