My 1930-28 keeps crashing..

Hi guys,

My switch keeps crashing and I'm not quite sure where to start looking. It hasn't got many active ports. Just 3 10gbe sfps and 1 gige which is connected to another switch. It's been fine for quite a while and I've only recently added it to nebula cloud, it -feels- like ever since that, things have been unreliable .. but it might be a coincidence?

Any debug logs hidden somewhere?

    Could you help to log in to the switch GUI and collect the tech support for me to check?
    Also, please enable Zyxel support so I can check your event log. Thank.
    Go to Help center > Support Request > Zyxel support access enable and save.

    After checking your tech support, I found that the switch did not have an IP address when it was offline.
    Could you change to a static IP address and check if the issue still occurs or not?
