DNS problem with USG60

Hello,

We are experiencing a DNS problem on our zyxel USG60.

The entire network was working properly but suddenly down.

After analysis, we realized that it was a dns problem with the USG.

In ssh :
Router> nslookup google.com
Trying "google.com"
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

Is it normal that the router can not resolve a name ?

In logs, we've fluently this message :
0" dst="0.0.0.0:0" msg="Connection error has occurred." note="" user="unknown" devID="603197758752" cat="Myzyxel Dot Com"

What does it mean please ?

    Configuration > System > DNS > Domain Zone Forwarder

    It's good for me ;)
