Email firmware notifications?

Hi support,

I have an USG flex 200 and a wireless AP NWA5123-AC-HD.

I don't check them daily.

Is there a way to get notified when there is a new available firmware?

Last time I went 6 months with an old firmware.

You should be able to receive new firmware notification from Myzxel.com when it is registered.

Hello,

My firewall is connected and registered in the portal.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, I never received an email notification about a new firmware.

And for my AP, it is also registered in the portal, but there is no way to connect it to the portal from its administrative panel.

Do I have to do something special to get these notifications?

Neither I get email notifications.

The only notification I get is in web interface of device when I log on.

In portal.myzyxel.com, under "device management" there is a button "firmware update". If clicked, it answers "up to date". Don't know if there's any notification when it's not updated.

@Zyxel_Cooldia hi, maybe I'm wrong here but.

• For register a device, I should have a Myzyxel account.
• For have a my zyxel account, i need an email addres

so why there's not an option in MyZyxel or in Nebula as "notify with email when this device has a new firmware available"? MyZyxel portal already notify if a licence is going to expire...

Any MyZyxel portal knows public IP and firwmare version of every device...

Hello all,

from my side, the portal accesss was not the right solution because:

- not all your products have a portal access

- for my firewall, which has a portal access, I don't get any notifications about firmware updates.

I'll see then if the product registration solves this issue.

Don't forget the option on Nebula. Option for notification.

As I told you, I registered all my devices.

There was recently a firmware update for the USG FLex 200. But unfortunately, I didn't get any email notification.

How can we get notified when there is a firmware update in one of our products?
