SSL VPN still available?

I was wondering if this option is still available with the newest firmware and an zyxel usg flex 500. 
I would like to use this for users who want to connect to an internal website with their mobile devices.
I cannot find it anymore i the settings. (SSL vpn of course there is, but the next part i cannot find.)

    AFAIK it should. But "their mobile devices", if are Android or iOS devices, won't work with SSL VPN, due to a not-standard OpenVPN implementation used on this feature.

    the part application is missing on my usg 500.  so i think this is not supported annymore. Then i have find an other solution

    You can create users also outside this specific section of interface...

    Users is not the problem, but applications

    The Knowledge Base is for old module/Firmware. FLEX/ATP series no longer support that.
