VPN IPSEC KO

Good evening everyone. I kindly ask for your help. I can't establish an ipsec vpn from my pc to my network. Following the ipsec vpn wizard and downloading the configuration on secuextender for mac I can't open the tunnel. I have to create some rule also with the wizard. Can someone help me please. Thank you so much

Hi @Frapla,

Can you paste VPN client console log when VPN tunnels build up fail.

1) Click "console" in View.

2) It pop up a new window to show all activities log in VPN client.

3) Open tunnels again to see what message it show in VPN console.

Thanks a lot for your support. Unfortunately opening the tunnel nothing appears in the console, the tunnel remains red

Hi Zyxel_Cooldia, I managed to find these indications from the console. I don't understand where is the error. If I try to connect within the network the tunnel opens regularly while connecting from outside the tunnel does not open and generates this error. Can you help me please? Thank you so much.
