USG FLEX 200 with choppy video on-demand

Hi all...

I upgraded my old Zyxel USG50 with the FLEX 200 and have 1 issue with my tv service (Verizon FIOS) and the "VOD" (video on-demand) feature of the STB boxes.

With the FLEX 200 the video is streamed in a random pixelated mess.  I have tried the basic troubleshooting steps but if I just swap back to the USG50, the video is smooth as butter.  I did not configure anything special on the USG50, it just worked.  FIOS VOD does not need open ports or multicast stuff.

Here's what I've tried on the FLEX 200 (to no avail)
- Enable IGMP (wan and/or lan)
- Isolating the MOCA adapter (using its own lan port)
- Upgrading USG firmware to latest
- Upgrading the MOCA adapter
- Rebooting everything
- Default settings
- Configured BWM (who knows if I did it right but my network is not even close to saturated in any case)

Any FLEX 200 options I might try to enable/disable?

Thanks

    Hi @pds
Try accessing the CLI through SSH or terminal connection to resolve pixelated video streaming issues caused by UDP data transmission between different processes on the router.

    Router> debug system no-udp-disperse active

    Hi @pds,
    Welcome to Zyxel community. =)
Did you see any ADP blocked log at "MONITOR  > Log > View Log" when playing VOD?
