USG60W register fail

Hi, i made a factory reset to my usg60W firewall, now i cannot enter because after first login with password change, it ask me to register, when i click on register button, myzyxel portal open with register error securservice and cannot proceed to activation for use firewall. I tried to reset and firmware update by cli but response i damaged file ever. Please help me thanks
